I always agree on the fee with the client upon taking over the case according to their possibilities, the complexity of the matter, and to mutual satisfaction.
I usually do not charge for the initial one-hour consultation.
Hourly Fee
Depending on the nature and complexity of the matter, at a rate from 1,800 CZK per 1 hour of legal service. I always agree with the client in advance on the approximate time scope and complexity of the legal service.
Success Fee
Usually in the case of recovery of monetary performance (compensation for damage and harm, debt recovery, etc.), as a share of the recovered performance at a rate from 4% depending on the type of case.
Flat Fee
Fixed monthly amount for permanently cooperating clients with a discounted hourly rate.
Fixed Fee
One-time amount for legal service (drafting a legal opinion or contract, real estate transfers, custody of funds, etc.).
Tariff Fee
According to Decree No. 177/1996 Coll., the attorney's tariff, for each act of legal service, usually used when representing clients in court.
If the fee is not agreed contractually with the client, it is determined as a so-called non-contractual fee according to the above-mentioned decree.
