  3. Proposal for registration in the Land Registry: I will prepare a proposal for registration in the land registry (associated with a fee of 2,000,- Kč)

  4. Verification of signatures by a lawyer: the service also includes verification of signatures, which is essential for submitting a proposal to the land registry

  5. Resolving other property rights: usufruct for life, right of way, construction rights, real burdens, etc.

I also provide services related to the division and consolidation of land according to the geometric plan, including communication with the relevant building authority.

Tax aspects of donating real estate

Donating real estate can have tax implications, especially if the recipient is not a close person (relatives in the direct and indirect line, or a partner living in the same household for at least one year). In such case, it is necessary to include the value of the property in the tax return. This includes preparing an estimate of the market value and possible taxation within other income. In case of acquiring real estate worth more than 5 million Kč, it is always necessary to inform the tax office, regardless of the obligation to pay income tax.
